Our goal is to take a look at the documents that define the structure and powers of the United States government, in the manner and in the context of their original writings. It is our firm belief that the plain language of these documents are easily understood and should be applied in the manner intended by their writers. The Declaration of independence and the United States Constitution give the United States government the right to govern only within the framework of these documents. It is unfortunate that in recent years the theory has crept in of the evolving document and that this belief is in error. If this document were meant to be evolving with whatever the interpretation of the day is, then our fore fathers would not have designated a method to change our constitution through the amendment process. Much to the detriment of our morals and way of life, those that do not regard our country or form of government as the precious thing that it is , have discovered that our way of life can be hijacked from us by having a reactionary judge legislate new law from the bench. Thereby perverting and destroying the true laws of our country. |
